- Note #145: The alignment of Col 285 Sector BB-O d6-81 with the two other stars is striking, like a small string of beads. I should remember to calculate their actual inter-distances.

- Note #146: From Alshat, Col 285 Sector BY-F b25-6 is strangely invisible. Only stellar cluster patterns can reveal it.

- Note #147: Photo : Alshat Planet A 6 b. The geologist spotted remarkable strata. We're heading down to survey them on the surface.

- Note #137: Photo : A star may shine with all its strength, yet its light feels almost pointless when no world exists to receive it...

- Note #138: It feels good to eat something different and see people again. But it's already time to leave...

- Note #139: Col 285 Sector FJ-E b26-5
6.4 / 7.2 / -7.5 / -2.1 / 0,-5

- Note #140: Photo : A curved crescent of frozen gas breaks away from the void, like a giant moon still in gestation.
Since eternity, Orion has stood in the night, blade raised against the misty silhouette before him. And, unchanging, in a timescale that belongs only to them, the Witch counters his silent strikes again and again.

A duel without victory, a tension that transcends time.

This battle has lasted so long that it has blended into the sky itself.

And as their shapes challenge each other across the ages, they form a landmark despite themselves: an unmoving beacon, as if the cosmos were using their eternal clash to guide those still seeking to unravel the Universe’s secrets.

- Note #141: Despite the three shots of the area, I almost missed Col 285 Sector EC... The fatigue is hitting me hard. I'm going to go take a short nap.

- Note #142: Thinking about Col 285 Sector AS-H b24-3, I wrote a little text during last night’s insomnia. I’ll have to reread it tomorrow to make sure it actually means something...

- Note #143: Photo : The frozen surface seems to crack under its own stillness, like a desert frozen in place for millennia.

- Note #144: Remember to staple the two pages together for find system ...HE-E b26-5. I really need to be less disorganized.

Unlike the pilot, I find greater satisfaction in looking at where we came from rather than where we’re going.

It’s probably a side effect of my training as a historian to document our expedition while looking in the rearview mirror.

Observing the trail rather than the destination… that is, I believe, where true History lies hidden...
