The FNS Damocles disappeared a few hours ago in strange circumstances. This Federation cruiser was successfully completing a series of routine patrols in tandem with another Farragut, the FNS Warspite.
Their mission orders were to travel to the Luluwala system to carry out a maintenance operation.

T-5 min: The Damocles’ energy signatures indicate that it is also in the process of preparing for the jump. The readings show nothing unusual.
T-2 min: We picked up 3 communications transmitted by the FNS Damocles on an imperial frequency: a text broadcast in clear 'GLORY TO THE CREATOR - THE CREATOR IS THE KEY', a coded text and finally a sound signal.
T-1 min: Attempt to contact FNS Damocles. No response.
T-0 min: FSD jump initiated. Our cooling systems are at 50%. Values in line with thresholds defined in federal naval regulations.
T+1 min: We are exiting hyperspace at the predicted coordinates in the Luluwala system. Cooling systems at 10%, in accordance with thresholds defined in federal naval regulations. All lights green. FSD jump successfully completed.
T+2 min: Our scanners are back up and running. FNS Damocles is nowhere to be found. Incident report sent to headquarters.
Once you’re in the Luluwala system, you can easily spot the Warspite FNS signature.
The FNS Warspite
CMDR ? This is Officer Ryan, in charge of communications on board the FNS Warspite. We have been informed by headquarters of your arrival.
You are authorised to approach. Please keep your weapons ports closed. If you do not, we will consider you hostile and will open fire.
Our orders are to send you the latest communications from the FNS Damocles, as we have intercepted them. We’re going to send the first two communications directly to your onboard computer.
As for the third communication, an unidentified sound signal, you’ll have to pick it up yourself by getting as close as possible to our communication antennas. We are currently broadcasting this signal as we received it from Damocles.
We do not know who the recipient of these communications was, but they were transmitted on an imperial frequency.
