This is a fan-made adventure. It is not an official Frontier quest. The characters and lore exist, but the context is created by the Élite Dangereuse team.


Upon arriving at Cortes Analytics Enterprise, you discover a rather unique spectacle. The base is surrounded by powerful geysers, creating a breathtaking view in broad daylight.

The base commander informs you that an abduction took place two days ago in the residential quarters of this research base. A shock troop caught the security off guard.


Your mission is to find the culprits and discover what happened to the victim: Professor Camacho.

A Clue

The commander allows you to enter the residential quarters to conduct your investigation. These quarters have been quarantined, and very few people are allowed entry. This gives you the opportunity to search for a clue that could lead you in the right direction.

You discover signs of a struggle on the floor in the dining hall.

Can you find your first concrete clue? It's up to you to look carefully…


You scrutinize the room from every angle, but nothing seems strange. The atmosphere is tense, and the pressure is on regarding this investigation.

You think that maybe you missed something outside. As you're about to leave, your attention is drawn to a small object that, for a moment, reflected a glint of light...

The object that caught your attention is nothing other than a microchip. You pick it up to analyze it later.

You inform the commander that your investigation is progressing, and you'll get back to him in due time. You leave the base to obtain the necessary equipment to analyze this military-grade microchip.

The investigation progresses

Several days pass. Your usual contact for special equipment took their time. You joined them on their spacecraft, and they have now installed all the components necessary for the microchip analysis. They also took care to create an isolated environment from the rest of your ship's systems in case the object poses a risk like a virus or energy overload.

During this wait, you took the opportunity to observe the chip from every possible angle. After a meticulous analysis, you discovered a micro inscription on the back of the object. It's severely degraded due to the struggle that took place. Only visible with level 5 ocular amplifiers, the following message appears:
